ORDER CONDITIONS: Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States. If you place an order for more than 5 cases we will contact you by phone to verify the order.

TAX: Sales tax of 7.75% is added to all orders for California residents.

SHIPPING: $8.95 per case. All orders will ship within 7 days.

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

ORDER STATUS: We will send email confirmations upon receipt and shipping of your order, along with online order tracking information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: In most cases OnTech will accept a return for any reason, providing that you return the unused product and pay for the return shipping. To request a refund, please send a message to customerservice@ontech.com

PRIVACY POLICY: Under no circumstances will OnTech release information about its customers or their orders to other companies or individuals. Furthermore, OnTech does not send customers unsolicited conventional or electronic mail in an attempt to sell them additional goods.
